Why we ask for your email

We use your email to notify you when the KYRON towel becomes available, based on your voluntary consent. Signing up does not place an order or create an obligation to buy. We ask you to confirm by email.

Processing and withdrawing consent

We use Klaviyo to manage the waitlist and Shopify to run this website. Subscription data is processed through these services. Withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. We retain data for this purpose while the notification purpose applies or until consent is withdrawn, unless another retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or erasure and, where applicable, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact and website technologies

When you send us an enquiry, we use your contact details and message to reply. Shopify provides the technical operation of this website. Optional technology and cookie settings depend on the consent choices available on this website.
